Book One: Inheriting the Pin-Up Girl

As the vultures circle in Elijah Jacobs' beautiful Victorian mansion, his favorite nephew, Matthew, hopes to just get something to remember him by.

While the others divide the spoils, Matthew is left with an elegant wooden box and a stipulation that he is allowed to stay in a specific room in the mansion whenever he likes.

Following a series of mysterious clues and artifacts finds Matthew transported back to 1943, when the house served as a women's boardinghouse during the war. Will he be able to figure out the reason his mysterious uncle led him back in time to that specific date? When he tries to go to the very next day, he finds the house in flames. Can he stop it?

Cast of Characters:

Matthew Jacobs - Twenty-something and pretty content with his life. Well, that was before he found out he could travel through time.

Marisela - Caretaker to Matthew's uncle. A mysterious woman with an unknown origin who is hesitant to give Matthew the information he needs. What does she know and why won't she tell him?

Doris Abrams - Platinum blonde and gorgeous matron of the 1940's boardinghouse. Pin-up models would have been jealous of her dynamite good looks and playful personality.

Sharon - A boardinghouse resident of the 1940's era. She tends to show the returning soldiers her thanks as her own part of assisting in the war effort.

Rachel Midori - Yes, like the drink, as she always says. The one that got away in high school. Well, the one that looked at Matthew with disgust and disdain in high school. Well, Matthew's learning that the past isn't quite as static as he once thought.

Cassie - The ultimate pin-up girl with a sweet, shy disposition. Her friends think she's the model for 'Cass the Working Lass', the iconic wartime poster character. She doesn't agree, but she does happen to be a riveter down at the factory...

Book Two: Beats vs. Bobby Soxers

Matthew has another date. This one in 1954. Again, he has no idea why his uncle would send him to this date. The last time there had been a purpose to it; a mission. There was no reason why this time would be any different.

Transported back in time once again to when the house served as a Beat recording studio, housing some of the greats of folk rock legend. Will he be able to figure out the reason his mysterious uncle led him back in time to this specific date?

Mea and Sally - Bobby Soxers. These two sorority roommates, the inexperienced innocent and the gorgeous French exchange students normally like to spend a little private time together. How will Matthew fit into the mix?
