The empanadas are cooked according to various recipes, more or less stuffed with meat or fruits, baked in a wood oven or fried, more or less juicy, savory or sweet.
Now you are free to alter, modify, create, and imagine the composition of your own empanadas. Juggle with the ingredients, decide the lucky one of your greedy desire and then choose the option between baking and frying, as for myself I prefer the oven– it is crisper and lighter, “et voila!”
