Victor is a rude, inconsiderate 24 year old man who refuses to help his adult sister, Rachel, raise their younger siblings. After Victor goes on a date and treats the girl, Sara, poorly, Sara decides to turn him into a 14 year old girl.

Victor is devastated, but his sisters seem to quite like the change, and Rachel takes it upon herself to enroll him as a schoolgirl against his wishes under the name "Victoria". His sisters also give him a makeover and introduce him to skirts.

At school he is ostracized and made to feel alone. Forced with the realization that he is now a girl, Victor decides to try to make the best of the situation and attempts to make an attitude adjustment.
