The information in this manual is the result of a popular workshop the author developed over the last 4 years for sciatic pain. Many of the workshop participants were new to yoga and have improved and in many cases resolved and healed their sciatic pain with the approach outlined in this manual. As a bonus the author included stretches for a sore back and relaxation poses. All the exercises are beginner level and simple to do.
