There is something enigmatic about an individual who willingly laces up a pair of leather gloves to absorb and deliver physical punishment. Some would argue their sole purpose for creation was to become a fighter; thus they chose the fight­-game. While others may claim the fight-­game chose them out of circumstances.

Regardless of the journey, a fighter’s legacy is ultimately defined many times in moments of glory as quickly as it is through tragic shortcomings. And although not every fighter is destined to reach the proverbial pinnacle of success with fame and fortune, there are those whose contributions speak equally as loud.
