Double the capacity of your bread proofer.This shelf kit creates a second level in your Brod & Taylor bread proofer so that the proofer can accommodate two sheet pans or four loaf pans.Sheet pans should be 36cm - 0.6cm * 30cm or smaller.Loaf pans should be about 7.6cm high, so that the maximum height of the risen bread is 10cm .The shelf also features fold-out legs allowing it to be used as an elevated lower rack resting 2.5cm - 1.9cm above the heating plate.
