Don't use 100% helium, use some of your own air to fill in the balloon about 20%.Then once you've sealed the balloon it's just a matter of generating static electricity on the balloon, on your clothes, hair, carpet, shirt whatever you like! Q: How do i seal the Mylar balloons.A: You don't have to! The Heart Mylar balloons are self sealing, just blow them up and the balloon will seal up on it's own.Q: Is there a special technique to thread the birthday banner.A: There's definitely a preferred method.Thread the ribbon through the banner going in through the top left of each letter and coming back out on the top right hole.Pull the ribbon completely through each letter each time, and repeat the process until you are done.Q: Should we pop the confetti balloons.A: YES, it's fun!
