Your diet plays a role in your memory and focus.

Don't believe it? Imagine if you ate junk food every day would it make sense that your brain doesn't function to it's maximum power?

The reverse is true as well. Eat healthy and power up your brain!

Natural memory enhancers that work for all ages
A deficiency in these 6 foods can lead to dying brain cells
The 16 best vitamins for your brain and why you need them
Minerals that advance brain activity. The 11 best minerals for brain activity and where to find them
The most popular herbs for memory support and why you need them
The 44 most important spices for your memory and brain including my favorite! (My favorite is Turmeric by the way! It is found often in curry. I eat lots of curry!)

As I trained for the USA Memory Championship I watched everything I ate and I noticed a big difference in my performance! When my diet was bad my brain wouldn't be able to focus or memorize. My brain was so clear when I was eating well. A side benefit was I also lost 20lbs in 2009 training for the USA Memory Championship because I was focused on healthy eating and these brain foods. That wasn't the original goal but it was a GREAT side benefit!

This is the only book on brain foods names written by a 2 time USA Memory Champion!
