Keep your bottle like new with a Lifesaver bottle consumables pack

Camping, Hiking, Fishing, Travelling, Gap Year or Rafting? The Lifesaver bottle consumables pack allows you to ensure your bottle is kept in top condition. Included in the pack is new Lifesaver chew-proof teats/nozzles, Lifesaver pre-filter/scavanging sponges as well as Lifesaver activated carbon discs. The pot of Lifesaver silicon grease is also included and can be used to sporadically maintain the Lifesaver bottle’s pump tube.

Lifesaver pre-filter/scavenging sponge

The Lifesaver Pre-Filter/ Scavenging Sponge protects the membranes from objects such as gravel, sand, sticks and mud, prolonging the life of the Lifesaver cartridge. Your pre-filter disc may also be used as a sponge. Use it to soak up water from those hard to reach areas like cracks in rocks or shallow puddles. It is suggested that you replace the Pre-Filter every 6 months given average use.

Lifesaver chew-proof teat/nozzle

The spare Lifesaver bottle teats allow you to replace your non-tasting chew-proof teat which over time will begin to wear. Unlike many other systems the Lifesaver bottle has been designed so that its teat can easily be changed.

Activated Carbon

The Lifesaver activated carbon filters are made of high specification activated carbon block which reduces a broad spectrum of chemical residues including pesticides, endocrine, disrupting compounds, medical residues and heavy metals such as lead and copper. It also eliminates bad tastes and odours from contaminates such as chlorine and sulphur. Each Lifesaver bottle activated carbon lasts 250L of water. They can also be purchased through the Lifesaver shop separately.
