●Instructions: For best results, take frozen vacuum-pack bag(s) of soy meat and submerge in a saucepan of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Product is seasoned and ready to eat; also tastes great dipped in soy sauce mixed with wasabi or chili-oil, or in yakiniku no tare. Take care not to overcook when adding as an ingredient in other dishes (stir-fries, curries, chowmeins, etc.): Cook by boiling as directed and add at the last minutes, just before serving. (Overcooking will cause the texture of the soy meat to become soft)
