For drier areas like your elbows, knees, hands and feet, use very sparingly. If you don't use a mitt or gloves, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly several times after each use. Once done, let dry a few minutes before putting on clothes or getting into bed. Ideally, you should wait at least 7-8 hours before sweating or showering (overnight is best).
