Not just because it is not at par with the debut album, but also because unlike the latter, each of the tunes--while being typically Enigma--lacks individual character. Put cruelly, they are as indistinguishable from one another as the typical Japanese pop idol's songs--in techno.
Even judging from Michael Cretu's genius in producing Andru Donald's revival album and in the choice of first single, but ENDING THERE, one wonders . . .
