This is a Samyang lens with a Kenko badge. Adorama and other places sell it for $130, sometimes with ND filters included. I bought the Kenko brand with no filters for double the price. Shame on me.
The quality of the lens is superb ... for the price. There are much better lenses out there, but they do cost more. If you want to dabble in reflex telephotos, this could be a fun introduction.
I enjoy mine because it's lightweight and compact. Works for sunny outside shots, such as aircraft against a blue sky during air shows. When it's ultra-sunny, I obtain tolerable handheld shots.

マニュアルレンズ超望遠レンズだけに手持ち撮影ではピントがシビアでミスも多いですが、決まった時には独特な非常に強烈な絵が撮れます。
そしてレンズ自体のコンパクトさとコストパフォーマンスは代え難い一本です。
