The phrase above caught my eyes when I opened this book.
I'm not a vegetarian, but after reading this book, my diet has gotten healthier and healthier, containing more and more veges, less and less animal products.
We've already known short-time-diet just for weight loss does not work since we want to eat delicious food naturally.
This book turned my thoght about eating habits around in a good way.
I learned how pleasant it is to choose what I should and want to eat from this book :)
Eating is not our enemy.
