他の方も書いているように、今作ではステフのボーイフレンドであるモレリの出番が少ないです。
その分ミステリアスなレンジャーの活躍が多かったですね。
私は未だ謎の多いレンジャーのファンなので大変楽しめました。

She ends up working in a button factory but gets fired the first day before she even begins work. The triangulated relationship between Stephanie, Ranger and Morelli is teasing and deliciously anticipatory for the reader. レンジャーとステフとの立ち回りばかり目立って、
肝心の恋人モレリの存在感が希薄。
レンジャーファンにはうれしいけれど、ちょっとかわいそうな気も
してきます。
意外な結末で、次作の展開が楽しみです！
